Over the past few years I have come to understand the tremendous impact of setting a time of acknowledged and focused visitation with God where you become One with His Word. These times of focus and reflection are what we call Meditation. During meditation you simply come into the visitation with all of who YOU are – Spirit, Soul and Body (YOU are a spirit; you have a soul and you live in a body) with all of who God is, Father, Son and Holy Ghost. This CD will assist and support you in
meditating on the Word of God.

In these Quiet Times of Meditation you will Awaken your Spirit, Renew Your Mind and Relax Your Body. We Renew our Minds by focusing our
attention on a particular scripture and the repetition of it enables us to give
attention to it and receive it as it permeates our Spirit and finally as we
focus our breathing this allows us to relax our bodies.

Each track on the CD focuses on a specific theme supported by scriptures that have impacted me around each of the focus areas.

My prayer is that this CD would become a powerful tool in your life as
you draw closer to God, to his Word and to yourself as you are refreshed
through your Quiet Time.
